Equips special educators with the tools and knowledge to develop effective graduation and transition plans for students receiving Special Education and Career and Technical Education (CTE) services. Participants will explore graduation pathways, endorsement options, and how to align IEPs with CTE goals and transition services. The session will also cover strategies for preparing students for life beyond high school, including post-secondary education, employment, and independent living. This training will empower educators to create meaningful, individualized plans that support student success during and after high school.
