Led by Holly Durham, Texas high school educator and author of Patterns of Power, this session is designed for those who teach or support ELA grades 6-10 and are familiar with the Patterns of Power Process. Holly will model how ELA educators can move from test practice to best practice that prepares students for any writing challenge, including high-stakes STAAR constructed responses and multiple choice items. Session participants should bring their copy of Patterns of Power to this session. This session is eligible for 3 exchange hours.
