Educators of all content areas are invited to join this interactive session featuring author and facilitator, Nancy Motley. Based on her book, Small Moves, Big Gains: Teacher Habits That Help Kids to Talk More, Think More, and Achieve More, Nancy will equip participants with 23 small moves they can make immediately to support student thinking, talking, and achievement. The small moves are brief, actionable, and require minimal preparation. Participants will also learn practical steps for turning the moves into habits that will foster meaningful change for years to come. Participants must bring a copy of the book to this session.
